In response to your questions regarding my ideas as a member of the city council, I will be happy to respond at the appropriate time. Currently I am spending much of my day researching all aspects of my new appointment, and as in starting a new job, when I have my facts in order, only then would be the correct time to respond. If you are looking for nothing more than "an answer" to satisfy your schedule, what I would provide you would be a top layer of fill in the blanks.
